Our community of coaches volunteer their time and expertise to serve the greatest organizations in the world; nonprofits. We believe in the contributions nonprofits make in our world, and we desire to serve them by providing leadership coaching at a nominal cost. If you are a trained coach looking for a way to give back as you help change the world, then joining us is a great place to start.

Next steps to becoming a TCI coach

The Coach Initiative provides an opportunity for coaches to contribute something meaningful while doing something we love to do—coaching. Once you join our community, we pair clients in nonprofit organizations or other not-for-profit initiatives with experienced, volunteer coaches who, depending on the engagement, provide leadership, business and life coaching services. To get started, submit our application form and we’ll be in touch to talk about your interests in giving back through coaching.
