The purpose of The Coach Initiative is to increase the effectiveness of nonprofit organizations through free or affordable professional coaching, depending on an organization’s financial ability and the number of individuals engaged in the coaching process. We pair clients in nonprofit organizations or other not-for-profit initiatives with volunteer coaches who, depending on the engagement, provide leadership, business and life coaching services.

Our mission is to support nonprofit initiatives worldwide, through coaching, to make a greater positive global impact on projects that focus on the betterment of the human condition and on uplifting the human spirit. Because of our firm belief in the coaching process, we know that projects supported by coaches will have an even greater positive impact on the world.
